Conwy, the ‘B’ walk

I decided to have a less strenuous day and do the B walk led by Martin.

There was fine drizzle as we climbed up the steep hill out of Conwy, not quite enough for full waterproofs but it did spoil the views. As expected, Betty was the only one who could get through the narrow kissing gate still wearing her rucksack. At the top of the rise we were rewarded with a lovely view over the Afon Conwy

After lunch the weather brightened a bit and it was pleasant walking as we skirted round Conwy Mountain.

We were back in plenty of time to meet up with some of the ‘A’ party in the George & Dragon. Old Speckled Hen and Draught Bass. What more could you want.
